Mr. Madaga has vast experience in the field of Health and social services. He is the founder and director of Evans Care services. Mr. Madaga also worked in clinical research, Counseling, teaching and training. He has experience in event planning, Community outreach and networking alongside Conducting surveys and publications.

Mr. Madaga has over 15 years’ experience as a therapist, case manager and behavior modification specialist. He has prior work experience in Autism, Mental Health, Intellectual disabilities, Mental Retardation, Substance abuse, aging population and at-risk youth. Mr. Madaga has excellent skills in documentation, creating and implementation of individual service plans.  

Mr. Dominic Ehiogu is one of the founding members of AA Health Inc., a member of CEDAD Inc., and SUXXES Inc. He has over 15 years’ experience as a Community Health Care expert; with special interest in Nursing Homes, Group Homes and Day programs for Geriatric and Pediatric patients. Prior to Dominic’s health career, he has an extensive experience in Airline and Travel Agency Industry.

Olufemi A. Osinubi has a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems and Education. He has extensive experience working with students at various phases of education. He is also a certified cloud Information Security knowledge and security architecture. He is a strong believer of using information technologies in enhancing learning at all levels. In a learner-centered approach, technology can promote positive reinforcement in behavioral health program. Technology serves as business enabler as well as for promoting educational standards. Dr. Olufemi is knowledgeable in HIPAA compliance related software. He will oversee Communication and Technology related needs to ensure that the agency meets all required standards.

Dr. Olufemi has 20 years’ experience as a  Communication and Technology  director and is vital to AA Health Inc. Dr. Olufemi will be in charge all the three important areas in IT: governance, risk and compliance. 

Dr. Darryl James has over 30 years’ experience in facility and program leadership. Dr. James held position as a project director in mental health, substance abuse, at-risk youth and special populations programs.

Dr. James’s motivating factors are positive outcomes, goal oriented, effective planning and implementation. He has vast knowledge in building and starting new programs from the initial stages to the final (execution) stages.

Dr. James is highly organized, detailed oriented and creative. Dr. James is key to the AA Health Inc. due to his extensive knowledge in building and developing excellent programs and teams that are successful. Dr. James is very resourceful and a great leader who gets the job done. 

 Mr. Paikin is highly skilled in compliance and assurance protocols. Mr. Paikin has 50 years + experience working with diversified populations. He has worked with DHS (Philadelphia), community correctional centers, and held positions as the lead and regulatory attorney for a welfare to work program.

Mr. Paikin is well versed in program implementation, planning and administration. Mr. Paikin is passionate about what he does and is very thorough. His record in quality assurance and compliance speaks for itself. Mr. Paikin is instrumental in formulating the policies and procedures for Programs. 

Mr. Paikin is a vital key member to AA Health Inc. Program due to his experience in quality assurance/compliance, criminal justice planning, administration, training and staff development.
